Brewed in collaboration with Bon Iver in celebration of his latest LP SABLE, fABLE, this Dark Cream Ale is the perfect liquid accompaniment to an album drenched in sonic textures.

The recipe is a bit of an homage to one of Justin Vernon's favorite, the infamous 170+ year-old McSorley's Ale in NYC. Super sessionable with a balanced malt profile, Sable drinks smooth, clean, and with a subtle sweetness.
