Head Brewer Buenning welcomed baby Fritz two years ago, so he celebrated by brewing a "Modern German Lager" - using a German heirloom barley varietal fused with traditional Hersbrucker hops. This unfiltered, single-malt and single-hop (SMaSH) beer has a light hop nose with a super smooth finish for a simple yet elegant taste.
